I will discuss joint work in progress with Raphaël Rouquier on a relationship between tensor products for 2-representations of U_q(gl(1|1)) and some constructions appearing in Douglas-Manolescu's cornered Heegaard Floer homology, a type of twice-extended TQFT framework for Heegaard Floer homology.
